Tasks & responsibilities

• Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments.
• Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and/or recovery.
• Conduct functional assessments, ADL assessments, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
• Steady source of referrals.
• Attractive rates based on experience.
