Job summary

Resurgens Rehabilitation seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee operational and financial performance at the Covington facility. You will ensure quality treatment and exceptional customer service by the rehabilitation team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and assistants.

You’ll supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staffing levels, and coordinate with physicians and leaders to maintain efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Athletic Training program.
• Active Georgia and/or National licensure in the specified discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a rehabilitation provider preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of rehabilitation staff and provide coaching, feedback, and annual performance evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory standards are adhered to within the clinic.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust as indicated by patient census and physician concerns.
• Recruit, interview and hire staff with guidance from the Director.
• Coordinate interdepartmental meetings and maintain positive relationships with physicians and site leaders.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies and submission of invoices to accounts payable.
• Address patient perceptions of care and educate staff accordingly.
• Perform annual chart audits and reviews of coding/documentation deficiencies.
