Job summary

You will assist patients with therapy preparation, monitor status, and support movement with licensed clinicians under supervision. The role requires basic patient-care skills, effective communication, and flexibility to cover day shifts and rotating holidays, weekends, and vacations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of patient care or customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide care-related activities for designated patients under supervision.
• Assist with preparing patients for therapy and transport to therapy.
• Report changes in patient status and perform hourly rounding for comfort and safety.
