Job summary

Lakeview Hospital Rehab department is seeking a Rehab Assistant with exceptional customer service to join the team. The role involves clerical and clinical tasks to support Rehabilitation Services and to create a welcoming, high-quality experience for patients and visitors in rehabilitation programs.

Work may vary in time, location, and schedule. The position includes reception duties and a 0.6 FTE schedule with anticipated hours from 6:30 to 1:00, four days per week, supporting the care teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) for Health Professionals.

Lakeview Hospital Rehab department has an opportunity available for an individual with exceptional customer service skills to join the team in a Rehab Assistant position.This position performs a variety of clerical and clinical tasks assisting the Rehabilitation Services Care Teams in providing outstanding patient care experiences and services. Creates and maintains a welcoming, high quality customer service environment for all patients and visitors participating in rehabilitation programs and services.

This work may vary in percentage of time per function, in location, and working schedule. Performs additional reception-related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

0.6 FTE

Anticipate 6:30-1:00 4 days/week

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Current BLS- American Heart Association or American Red Cross (BLS for Health Professionals).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of post-secondary education in Health Care or Business Administration
