Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide at Autumn Lake at Bridge Park in Baltimore, MD to support a busy rehabilitation department.

You’ll set up treatment areas, help residents get to therapy, transport them as directed, restock supplies, and assist with scheduling and communications, with mentorship from the rehab leadership.

This full-time role offers benefits including medical/dental/vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and strong organizational skills.
• Friendly, respectful approach to working with residents.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain safety and infection-control practices.
• Healthcare support experience is helpful; applicants new to the field are welcome.
• No therapy license required.

Responsibilities

• Set up treatment areas and gather equipment requested by therapists.
• Sanitize therapy equipment and maintain clean, organized spaces between sessions.
• Transport residents to and from the rehabilitation department as directed by clinical staff and within your training.
• Restock supplies and notify the team when equipment needs attention.
• Assist with scheduling communication, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Relay resident requests or concerns promptly to the appropriate therapist or nursing staff.
