Qualifications

• Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Dependability and a respectful approach to working with older adults.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and infection‑control practices.
• Healthcare or rehabilitation support experience is a plus; applicants new to the field are welcome.
• No therapy license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapy areas and gather supplies as directed by the rehabilitation team.
• Clean and disinfect equipment between uses according to facility procedures.
• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy as directed by clinical staff and within your training.
• Organize equipment, monitor supplies, and report items that need replacement or repair.
• Help with scheduling coordination, paperwork, and other routine department tasks.
• Communicate resident concerns promptly to nursing or therapy staff.
