Diversicare of Foley in Foley, AL, seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to provide leadership for the care team and ensure high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. You will collaborate with clinicians to plan, evaluate, and coordinate services, triage tasks, and foster a compassionate, professional environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
