CoxHealth is seeking a Therapy Technician at CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO to assist clinicians in therapy sessions and patient care. You will help prepare treatment areas, transport patients, and support therapists with routine duties under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and a preference for those with medical field experience, plus strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. This is a team-based role in a fast-paced clinical setting.

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: Preferred experience in the medical field.

Job Description

Job Summary

Under the direction and supervision of clinician, performs only delegated, selected, or routine tasks in specific situations. These duties include preparing/cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area. The therapy tech may also transfer and transport patients, prepare them for therapy, and assist clinician as instructed.

Education: Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: Preferred: Previous experience in the medical field

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical/problem solving skills.

Excellent customer service skills.
