Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Rehabilitation Therapy Technician I to support rehabilitation therapists and deliver high-quality patient care. You will set up equipment, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate closely with therapists and nurses to promote recovery.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred unless hospital policy requires otherwise.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completed elements for Clinical Ladder Rehab Tech I or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment for therapy sessions.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in the therapy area.
• Collaborate with therapists and nurses during patient care.
• Assist with patient transport and scheduling as needed.
• Communicate with therapists on patient outcomes and observations.
