Job summary

Hireology in Crane, TX seeks a dependable Rehab Tech to join our in-house therapy team. You will support the therapy department and facility operations by assisting with administrative duties, maintaining compliance, and helping patients and staff.

Note: Rehab Techs may assist with treatments only under the supervision of a licensed therapist, per Medicare and state law. The role emphasizes organization, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification may be required by state law.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete clerical, patient, and team member duties to support therapy operations.
• Handle clerical work including computerized documentation and tracking.
• Answer and direct phone calls; provide general visitor support.
• Develop and maintain organized filing systems.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements; obtain physician signatures; manage quarterly screens per State and CMS guidelines.
• Coordinate therapy schedules with nursing and other departments as needed.
• Assist patients, clients, and team members with questions or needs.
• Support cross-department communication and collaboration.
• Attend department and facility meetings as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas; manage supplies and equipment stock.
• Participate in facility performance improvement programs.
• Report unusual incidents to the Administrator; respond in emergencies.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
