Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a PRN Rehab Therapy Aide to support therapists and patients in a non-technical capacity. You will assist with preparing patients for therapy, gathering supplies, and maintaining therapy spaces while following safety and infection control standards.

Responsibilities include transporting patients, taking vitals under supervision, assisting with equipment setup, and helping with daily administrative tasks and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs general, non-technical duties and assists therapists and assistants in preparing patients for therapy.
• Maintains therapy spaces, cleans equipment, and ensures supplies are stocked.
• Transports patients to and from the department and assists with patient safety and comfort.
• Assists with monitoring patient condition under clinician direction and helps with basic administrative tasks.
