Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• Performs patient care under direct supervision of a licensed therapy professional. Provides assistance according to departmental policies and procedures and applicable state practice guidelines.
• Transports patients to treatment area with timely arrival for therapy appointment.
• Maintains clean, properly stored and ready-for-use treatment areas according to hospital policies.
• Performs clerical duties as directed to insure smooth daily operations of the department.
• Supervises exercise programs, leads group exercises, documents attendance and fees, and ensures safety considerations for participants.
