Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with transfers.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Monitors safety 24/7 and supports crisis prevention and resolution.
• Establishes collaborative relationships with clients and professionals.
• Assists with Activities of Daily Living and social activities.
• Supports clients in problem-solving, communication and independence.
• Aids in daily tasks like transportation, cooking, dressing, bathing, and nails.
• Attends medical appointments and communicates care plans to the team.
