Job summary

Harborview Health Center Melbourne seeks a Rehab Technician (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility. You will assist residents with morning care, help with therapy sessions, and support ROM, ambulation, and ADL maintenance while ensuring safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, completion of CNA training, and active CNA certification; strong communication and physical ability are essential. We offer top pay and comprehensive benefits to support caregivers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
Active CNA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with morning care and basic ADLs.
Safely transfer and transport residents to therapy sessions.
Set up therapy equipment and prepare treatment areas.
Support therapists during sessions with positioning and safety monitoring.
Complete restorative nursing programs (ROM, strengthening, ambulation, ADL maintenance).
Document participation and report changes in resident condition.
Clean and sanitize equipment and maintain an organized therapy area.
Follow safety and infection-control procedures.
