Job summary

H2 Health Kids in Longview, TX is seeking a Rehab Tech for our outpatient pediatric clinic to support children, families, therapists, and the clinic team. You\'ll assist during pediatric treatment sessions, help prepare therapy spaces, and maintain a clean, kid-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation.

Our Rehab Techs assist in the daily flow of pediatric therapy services, working closely with licensed clinicians to deliver a fun, engaging, and supportive care experience for children across a variety of developmental and rehabilitation needs. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on pediatric clinical experience, work side-by-side with licensed therapists, and jumpstart your career in healthcare.

Your Role

• Assist therapists during pediatric treatment sessions to ensure child safety and engagement
• Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to maintain a clean, welcoming, kid-friendly environment
• Encourage and motivate children during therapeutic activities and exercises
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation
• Monitor therapy supplies and assist with daily clinic operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a healthcare, childcare, education, or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to assist children and move equipment as needed
• CPR certification a plus
• Ability to engage positively with children and families
