Qualifications

• Healthcare education in a related area and Aide to the OTR/L, PT, RN, CTRS, SLP-CCC, upon hire.
• Certified Nursing Assistant: AZ, upon hire.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living and assigned non-clinical duties.
• Collect laboratory specimens according to hospital protocol.
• Report observed or reported changes in the patient’s condition.
• Prepare patients for transfer/transportation to other areas.
• Perform safe and effective transfers with appropriate equipment.
• Assist patient to cart/bed or wheelchair.
