Job summary

Peak Performance PT, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, seeks a Rehab Tech to join our Swansboro clinic. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, assisting therapists, transporting patients, and supporting front desk tasks in line with therapy plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare experience or PT student preferred.
• Strong communication and professional interaction with a wide variety of people.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides care per physician’s orders and therapy plan.
• Transports patients to and from Rehabilitation Services.
• Prepares patient for treatment and assists therapists and assistants.
• Communicates with patients, families, and health care team to maximize care benefits.
• Obtains equipment and supplies and prepares them for use.
• Maintains therapy areas in a clean, orderly condition.
• Performs clerical tasks such as reception, billing, and inventory.
• Ensures a safety-focused environment and follows safety standards.
