Job summary

American Advanced Management is seeking a Rehab Tech in Mesa, AZ to support licensed therapists and the rehab manager in delivering efficient patient care. The role includes clerical tasks, patient transport, and assisting with patient care as directed by PT/OT in accordance with the patient plan of care.

You will observe patient conditions, report changes to your supervising PT/OT, and assist with exercises only under explicit instruction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of rehab tech experience, preferably in a long term acute setting.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists and rehab manager to deliver services.
• Transport patients to and from rehab gym.
• Observe and report patient condition changes to supervising PT/OT.
• Do not progress exercises or change POC without direct instructions from PT/OT.
