Stonegate Nursing & Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Rehab Tech to join our team. The role includes assisting therapists, documenting therapy activities, and handling medical records for documentation and MD signatures.

Responsibilities include data entry into Casamba rehab system, equipment cleaning, temperature monitoring, linen management, and providing support during treatments. High school diploma and at least 6 months rehab-tech experience required.

Qualifications

Must have rehab tech or similar experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Print therapy documentation from our computer.
Work with medical records to provide therapy documentation to scan into the computer.
Send out therapy documentation for MD signature.
Casamba rehab system data entry.
Clean rehab equipment and monitor refrigerator and hot pack temperatures.
Provide support during treatments.
Ensure clean linens in the rehab gym daily.
Transport soiled linens to laundry daily.
Report to the Director of Rehab.
