The role supports patients, therapists, and the clinic, assisting during treatment and handling scheduling and documentation. This PRN position offers hands-on clinical exposure and opportunities to grow in healthcare.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work closely with licensed clinicians in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR certification is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a PT, PTA, or ATC program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists during treatment sessions to ensure patient safety and support.
• Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to keep a clean, welcoming environment.
• Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks.
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation.
• Monitor therapy supplies and assist with clinic operations.
