Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication with rehab staff, facility staff, patients, and families.
• Demonstrate regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assists with specific treatment activities assigned by the supervising therapist.
• Transports patients to and from rehabilitation dept. and assists with transfers.
• Prepares patient for therapy as directed by the supervising therapist.
• Assists with equipment adjustments (wheelchairs, splints) as needed.
• Reports patient response to treatment and changes in medical status to the supervising therapist.
