Job summary

Creative-Health-Solutions,-LL seeks a Rehab Tech to support the Rehabilitation Department under the direction of the Rehab Director. The role includes transporting patients, assisting therapists, and coordinating scheduling with nursing staff.

Responsibilities also cover preparing treatment areas and equipment, maintaining supplies, and completing forms and records. The Rehab Tech will monitor patient census, run reports, and contribute to department operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1 year health care experience preferred.
• 1 year office experience preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively maintain multiple projects.
• Requires creativity as well as the ability to work independently.

• Assists with patient and or staff schedule on a daily basis.
• Runs and analyzes reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to assist in department operations, compliance, and patient management procedures and communicates information to appropriate individuals.
