Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care in Briarcliff Manor, NY is seeking a Rehab Tech/Aide to assist our therapy staff and support daily operation of the rehab department.

You will help implement the Functional Maintenance Program, transport residents, maintain sanitation, restock supplies, and document care to ensure quality resident services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a compassionate, patient-centered attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapy staff with the implementation of the Functional Maintenance Program.
