Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care in Briarcliff Manor, NY, is hiring a Rehab Tech/Aide for a full-time day shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

You will assist therapy staff, transport residents, maintain clean treatment areas, and help manage supplies while ensuring safety and documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare or rehab preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with compassionate, patient-centered attitude.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapy staff with the Functional Maintenance Program implementation.
• Support therapists during patient interventions.
• Escort and transport residents to and from the rehab gym.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of treatment areas and equipment.
• Restock therapy supplies and manage inventory.
• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
• Complete documentation to support resident care and facility operations.
