Job summary

Lucas Therapies in Roanoke, VA is hiring a full-time Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide for outpatient care. You will work closely with licensed therapists, support treatment sessions, prepare therapy areas, and assist with administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinic.

The role emphasizes patient safety, compassionate care, and hands-on exposure to clinical practice. A high school diploma and interest in PT/PTA/ATC programs are preferred, CPR knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred (administrative or clinical).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move patients and equipment as needed; CPR certification a plus.
• Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a PT, PTA, or ATC program is a plus.
