Job summary

Hulsey Therapy Services, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide in its outpatient clinic to support patients, therapists, and the clinic team. This part-time role focuses on assisting during sessions, preparing treatment areas, and performing administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates may be enrolled in PT/PTA/ATC programs or have healthcare or customer service experience, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset in a clinician-led

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR certification a plus.
• Currently enrolled in a PT/PTA/ATC program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists during treatment sessions to ensure patient safety and support.

• Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks.

Our Rehab Techs and Aides assist in the daily flow of therapy services, working closely with licensed clinicians to deliver a smooth and supportive care experience for patients across a variety of rehabilitation needs.

Your Role:

• Assist therapists during treatment sessions to ensure patient safety and support
• Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to keep a clean, welcoming environment
• Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation
• Monitor therapy supplies and assist with clinic operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred (administrative or clinical)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to move patients and equipment as needed; CPR certification a plus
• Ability to assist patients and move equipment as needed
• Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a PT, PTA, or ATC program is a plus
