Job summary

Premier Therapy LLC is hiring a Rehab Tech in Bellefonte, PA to help keep therapy sessions running smoothly and support residents toward better mobility and independence. In this on-site, entry-level role, you'll assist PT, OT, and Speech clinicians with treatment support, patient transport and setup, and basic documentation.

You will work on a clinical team, stay active on your feet all day, help keep the space calm and organized, and ensure safety and confidentiality standards are met.

What You'll Do

Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Rehab Tech in Bellefonte, PA to help keep therapy sessions running smoothly and support residents as they work toward better mobility and independence. In this entry-level, onsite role, you'll assist PT, OT, and Speech clinicians with treatment support, patient transport and set-up, equipment cleaning/organization, and basic documentation or clerical tasks as assigned.

A Typical Shift

As a Rehab Tech, you'll start by checking the therapy schedule, greeting residents, and helping the clinic space feel calm and ready for the day. Between sessions, you'll stay in sync with the therapy team, pivot as plans change, and keep the flow moving so residents aren't waiting. You'll spend time walking the unit, interacting with residents and staff, and wrapping up by resetting the gym area for the next day-leaving things organized, clean, and ready for the morning.
