Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and COTAs dedicated to helping children thrive. The organization focuses on creating fun, engaging, and meaningful therapy experiences that support each child’s individual development and confidence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide education and training to patients, parents, and caregivers to support progress at home.
• Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs).
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, or university equivalent.
• Active CPR certification.
• Must supply liability insurance.
• Must register for and obtain an NPI number and AHCCCS Provider Number as part of credentialing.
