Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a Rehab Technician to support clinicians and clinic operations in a fast-paced orthopedic rehab setting. You will aid with patient care, exercise programs, and daily clinic duties to enhance patient outcomes.
The position requires 16+ years of age, high school graduation or current enrollment, and availability for 25-35 hours per week with afternoons/evenings. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and MS Office/Windows skills are helpful.

A rehabilitation technician is under the general technician supervisor and management team at the site of employment. The main objectives of this position is to support the staff with a team-oriented approach in delivering exceptional customer service and care with the goal of improving a patient’s overall quality of life.
Rehabilitation Technicians are responsible for assisting clinicians in delivering quality care with the goal of improving a patient's overall quality of life and function. As a Rehab Technician at IBJI, you’ll be a vital member of the orthopedic team, contributing to both clinical care and the overall success of the clinic using expertise in patient treatment and time management.
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills and relevant experience. We offer the following benefits to those who are benefit eligible (30+ hours a week):
