About the Position:
This new and exciting position will include program development, expansion of team and services, and collaboration across disciplines, working closely with physicians, leaders, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to build and lead the direction of the NICU, acute care, and outpatient pediatric therapy programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONS
Licensed by the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (PT, OT, OTR, LOT, OTR/L).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
NICU and Outpatient experience preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Accountable for the management and operations of assigned clinical area(s) to ensure efficient and effective operations of therapy services across the health system to ensure consistency. Serves as a patient advocate assuring the delivery of therapy meets legal, ethical and institutional standards while adhering to the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of the department and the organization.
