The Rehab and Outreach Manager ensures that daily operations support departmental and organizational quality, compliance, and financial objectives. The position provides input for program development and provides leadership in the area of acute care rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, audiology, and therapy support services. Responsibilities include managing clinical operations, personnel, multidisciplinary patient care, and quality initiatives, research and educational enterprises; contractual agreements; overseeing public relationships, marketing, and budgets; participating in operational decision-making affecting Acute Rehab; and implementing policies and procedures. The Manager works collaboratively with other members of the Rehab Services leadership team and staff to achieve the mission and vision.
• Managing clinical operations and personnel. • Overseeing multidisciplinary patient care and quality initiatives. • Coordinating research and educational enterprises. • Handling contractual agreements and budget oversight. • Managing public relationships, marketing, and communication efforts. • Participating in operational decision‑making and strategic planning with the Director. • Implementing policies and procedures for compliance and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or a related field (Master’s or advanced degree desired).
• Current State of Ohio License in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Demonstrated skills and abilities for independent functioning within regulations and guidelines.
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
