Job summary

The MyMichigan Health Rehabilitation Services department is seeking a clinical professional to maintain daily operations, plan programs, and manage budgets while delivering patient care within scope of practice for PT, OT, or Speech Language Pathology. This role requires collaboration with physicians and staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient function, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating care with clinical support staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of PT, OT, or SLP program per designated discipline.
• State license/registration per discipline required.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.

• Maintains positive rapport with physicians, insurers, and community partners.
