Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Acute Rehab Unit Weekend Program. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with policies and standards.

Responsibilities include patient education, monitoring condition changes, and coordinating with the care team to achieve positive outcomes. PA RN license or eNLC required; BSN preferred; CPR and background clearances mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessment to identify needs.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive plan of care.
• Performs and documents direct patient care and education.
• Identifies and responds to patient condition to improve outcomes.
• Directs and delegates care to ancillary team members.
