Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cambridge is seeking a Registered Nurse for a day/evening shift (11a–11:30p) at 1575 Cambridge Street. The role emphasizes interpreting care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, and delivering individualized nursing care to patients in a safe environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license (or be eligible), possess nursing experience, and demonstrate strong communication and confidentiality skills to support high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

RN license required or state license; clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.
Familiarity with patient care principles and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.

Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' conditions.
