Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cambridge is seeking a Registered Nurse for a day/evening shift (7a-7p) to interpret and plan medical care, assess clinical decisions, and ensure safe, individualized nursing care with ongoing evaluation for groups of patients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions.
