Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of OR to work in Rehabilitation.

This contract position offers a 5x8 days schedule and responsibilities aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and goals. The role emphasizes accountability and excellence in patient care within a dynamic nationwide setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Rehabilitation experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
