Job summary

Elk Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center seeks an experienced rehabilitation leader to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate inpatient programs. You will oversee physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, ensuring compliance with regulations and Beecan standards.

Ideal candidates hold state licensure in PT/OT/SLP, have 3+ years of clinical and management experience, and are committed to delivering high-quality, dignified patient care with teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology program and state licensure.
• If not licensed, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of clinical experience with some management exposure preferred.
• Commitment to Beecan values of care, compassion, dignity and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Direct rehabilitation program planning, organization, and evaluation.
• Manage rehab services and staffing to meet clinical and operational needs.
• Roll out new policies and procedures within the department.
• Participate in facility performance improvement efforts.
• Support facility marketing activities as indicated.
• Ensure residents receive respectful, patient-centered care.
