Job summary

Cornerstone Specialty Hospital, part of Lifepoint Rehabilitation within Lifepoint Health, seeks an experienced Program Director to lead the rehabilitation program and drive clinical quality and patient outcomes. Qualifications

Active, unrestricted professional license in accordance with state requirements (PT/OT/SLP).
Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare or human services setting.
Extensive rehabilitation experience and strong understanding of clinical operations.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the rehabilitation program, ensuring clinical quality, patient outcomes, and organizational performance.
Plan, direct, and coordinate all program activities to achieve organizational and client objectives.
Serve as a key leader within the interdisciplinary team, driving program growth, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence.
Accountable for program development, quality and performance initiatives, productivity, and patient-centered care delivery.
