Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

• GA PT license or eligible.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year rehab experience (SNF/LTACH/acute) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and discharge evaluations and sets goals.
• Develops treatment plans and delivers timely therapy.
• Communicates patient progress in the EMR and with families.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and education.
• Mentors interns as needed and supports skills checks.
