Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN license to practice.
• Certification in CPR (AHA BLS) required.
• CRRN is preferred; 2 years post-hire window noted.

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct/indirect care to adult rehab inpatients using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with rehab team to implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Document patient care and data accurately; maintain care plans.
• Lead/participate in patient education for treatments and post-hospital care.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and CMS data reporting compliance.
