Responsibilities

1. Manage the daily clinical operations of the rehab department.
2. Provide clinical leadership within the rehab team.
3. Coordinate all rehab disciplines (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology).
4. Maintain effective communication with facility staff, patients, families, and management.
5. Monitor, enhance, and expand rehabilitation programs within the healthcare center.

Qualifications

Licensure, Certification, and Educational Requirements

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school. Foreign-trained applicants must have their program deemed substantially equivalent to U.S. standards by an approved credential evaluation organization.
