Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Transitional Care Rehab Unit in Harrisburg, PA. Shifts available: 7a-7p, 7p-7a.

You will provide skilled nursing care in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay option, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and PTO.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
