Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Transitional Care Rehab Unit on 12-hour shifts. We offer a competitive base rate with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and premium shift differentials to recognize your hard work.

Qualified candidates will hold a current LPN license, have rehab setting experience, and complete post-offer pre-employment screenings.

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (GPN/LPN):

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Experience in a rehab setting required
