Job summary

W3Global is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to lead a full-time DOR opportunity in Genoa, Nebraska. The role combines outpatient and inpatient responsibilities within a hospital setting, offering a salary of $95,000–$115,000 depending on experience.

A flexible $12,000 Career Bonus is available, usable for retention, sign-on, or student loan repayment, across the first three years. Prior director/manager experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Prefer five years of discipline-specific therapy experience with director/manager exposure.
• Experience in managing multi-discipline departments/clinics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation department/clinic operations and staffing.
• Develop treatment protocols and coordinate services delivery.
• Manage department budget and quality reporting.
• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines and facility policies.
