Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Rehab Director to oversee rehabilitation services at Mechanicsville Specialty Care in IA. This leadership role manages daily operations, clinical oversight, staffing strategy, and performance of the rehab department within a SNF or post-acute setting.

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program (PT/OT/SLP/PTA/COTA).
• Current therapy license or eligibility in the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year of clinical therapy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily therapy department operations including staffing, scheduling, and utilization management.
• Provide clinical oversight for case management, care planning, and therapy delivery.
• Support onboarding, coaching, accountability, and performance management of therapy staff.
• Maintain productivity standards while providing direct patient care when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and regional partners to meet performance goals.
• Promote program development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster a positive, team-centered culture aligned with company values.
