Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy seeks a Rehab Director to oversee Ebenezer's Lake City Care Center in Lake City, MN. The RD will lead daily therapy operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive performance, staffing strategies, and regulatory compliance.

The role provides direct patient care as needed and requires a licensed therapist with strong leadership, communication, and post-acute experience. This leadership position emphasizes collaboration with regional partners and facility leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program with licensure in state
• Minimum of one year of clinical therapy experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily rehab department operations including staffing and scheduling
• Provide clinical oversight on care planning and service delivery
• Coach and manage therapy staff performance and accountability
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering direct patient care as needed
• Ensure regulatory compliance and collaboration with facility leadership
