Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably long-term care.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology) is required.
• Current licensure/certification as a rehabilitation professional (e.g., PT, OT, SLP) is required.
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in team building and staff development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records and rehabilitation software.
