Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Rehabilitation focus to provide direct patient care in a 9-bed unit.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with an interprofessional team, educate on illness management, and promote patient safety and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required; Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred for this role.
• Less than two years of nursing experience preferred; no supervisory experience required.
