Ahhmgt in Ville Platte, LA seeks a CNA to deliver patient care with compassion and professionalism. Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English, hold BLS CPR certification and Louisiana CNA certification.

Applicants should demonstrate emotional stability, strong communication with staff, and the ability to follow department policies. Behavioral de-escalation training is strongly recommended to support patient interactions and safety across shifts.

Formación

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• CPR (BLS) Certification Required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification through State of Louisiana.
• Behavioral De-escalation Training Strongly Recommended.
• Compassion and sympathy help patients feel an emotional connection. The CNA must have good communication skills to gain trust from the patient, and discuss various issues with other professional staffers.
• Emotional stability helps maintain personal balance when dealing with stress, emergencies or human suffering.
• Ability to think quickly in emergencies, use good judgment and organize their work to assure all patients receive necessary care.
• Must be able to follow directions and perform work according to department standards/policies when no directions are given.
• Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress.
