Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow guidelines set by Nurse Manager.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and compassionate, team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including hygiene, grooming, mobility, nutrition support, and daily living activities.
• Assist nursing staff with vital signs, observation reporting, and documentation within scope of practice.
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and safety using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Maintain resident rooms, equipment, and common areas with infection control and facility protocols.
• Communicate promptly with RNs, LPNs, and Nurse Manager regarding concerns or changes in condition.
• Foster a respectful environment that promotes resident dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being.
